At SYNC Performance, we stand by our high-performance gear and want to ensure you have the right fit for your training and racing needs. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your gear is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
